Ladies and Gentlemen,

I know it's been awhile since I last posted, but I'm not quite dead yet.

What I have been doing is evaluating how folks coming to FRACAT are using it and what that means for how I administer it.

As it turns out, most people come to FRACAT when they're in job-seeking mode and, sadly, stop coming when they're secure in their employment.

In the end, though, it makes complete sense that people would do just that.

As a result, over the next several months, I'm going to be transforming FRACAT and the information contained here into more of a guide.  This will make the information easier to find than the standard blog format.

Over this period, I'll still be posting, though probably more like once a week than once a day.

Thanks for coming and checking us out and be watching for announcements as the different sections of the guide are completed!
